TODAY WE PLOTTED SOME STUFF ON A SPREADSHEET. I ALREADY KNEW HOW TO DO IT THOUGH

we learned how to use the addition and subtraction methods. neat.

we looked at intense coeficents.and changed them to our liking.

2x+4y=8
3x+y=-13

first. find the 1 coeficent. thats in the 2nd equation. then i subtracted 3x. then i substituted (-13-3x) for y in the 1st equation. i then had 2x+4(-13-3x)=8. i evaluated that to 2x-52-12x=8. after collectiong like terms, getting rid of -52, i had -10x/-10 = 60/10. therefor, x= -6. after i figured out x, i substiued that into the first equations and then it was just algebra to find out what y was. y= 5

today we learned how to plot graphs. im still a little rusty with the allgebra.

we went outside. i tried to do some work. but i wasnt sure how, so i didnt get alot done.

I learned that a system of linear equations is 2 or more linear equations at the same time. and I learned that y = x.
